Terms and Conditions of business:

We like to keep our terms and conditions as simple as possible, and basically they relate to the notion that if you wish to order goods and/or services from us, then in return for payment we'll provide them! As the world is not normally that simple, we have outlined more details concerning our T's and C's below.

Any and all goods and services procured from Visionradio limited (Visionradio) remain the title property of Visionradio until paid for in full. Payment terms are cash with order unless specific credit terms have been formally established and agreed in writing, wherein such terms will be highlighted on invoices and/or purchase order confirmation receipts where such a document is issued. Any credit terms will state the duration of credit, the end of which period cleared funds must be received in Visionradio's nominated bank account.

Where the purchase contract relates to physical goods, then the manufacturers terms of warranty shall prevail unless any other specific arrangement has been put in place, agreed in writing and signed by a serving director of Visionradio. Where the purchase contract relates to software products and/or services, unless expressly stated and agreed otherwise in writing and signed by a serving director of Visionradio, the client has a period of 30 days from the date of invoice to notify Visionradio of any defects, after which the products and/or services shall be deemed accepted by the client.

Visionradio's terms and conditions are deemed to be the governing terms and conditions of any purchase ordering goods and/or services from Visionradio. The client’s terms and conditions for procurement are not deemed accepted for any purchase unless specifically agreed in writing and signed by a serving director of Visionradio.

In the event of any amount owing becoming overdue, be it the full or a partial amount of any invoice, Visionradio reserve the right to charge interest at 2% above the prevailing bank base rate of interest. Should any further administrative charges be incurred, including but not limited to: time spent in remedial activities, travel costs associated with collection of goods, re-stocking charges, out of pocket expenses including contractual arrangements taken out by Visionradio on the client's behalf, these shall also be charged to the client. As a standard procedure, any credit terms that have been agreed with a client shall automatically be suspended in the event of any amount becoming overdue, such credit terms only being reinstated if sepcifically agreed in writing and signed by a serving director of Visionradio.

Failure to recompense or remedy Visionradio for breach of these terms and conditions shall involve legal action. Failure to provide access to, or to return in original condition, physical goods that have not been paid for and for which notice has been given that they are due to be returned, or in the case of software products and services, the use of any property that remains title of Visionradio, shall be regarded as theft.
